Store Policies

We stand behind our products 100%. We work with some of the best factories in the world, as well as select partners we believe to be unique in the marketplace. We’re confident that the design details, quality and safety of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed, your expectations. We care about your satisfaction and are here to assist in anyway we can.

We hope you love your selections. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or store credit for most of our merchandise within 30 days from receipt of delivery or purchase in store. Custom and special orders will not be refunded and will be final sale. Any mark down merchandise will be final sale at time of purchase. Furniture deliveries must be inspected at time of delivery. Returns after inspection will not be honored.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Return shipping charges may apply. Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Returns sent via USPS that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender.

 

SHOP & GIFT ITEM RETURNS:

Many items may also be exchanged at, or returned to our shop, if accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days of order delivery or purchase. Custom rugs, furniture, lighting and engraved gifts will not be accepted as returns.

 

CUSTOM PRODUCT:

Custom products and COM's are made to order especially for you and may not be returned or cancelled. Custom products include upholstered furniture, custom cushions and COM; as well as engraved items and special orders.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCT:

Furniture is carefully inspected prior to shipment, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt. For items received via White Glove Delivery, your signature is required at the time of delivery. If a defect is discovered, please contact us at 732-449-1633 or kate1161@verizon.net or refuse at time of delivery.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Custom orders may not be canceled. We also cannot cancel orders once they have been picked up for shipping and delivery. When you submit your order online, we begin working on getting it to you as quickly as possible, therefore cancellations are difficult to process. Orders placed in the shop cannot be cancelled once confirmation is sent.
